Hi there! I’m Holly. My background is in Counseling Psychology, but for the past 10 years I have been dedicated to coaching women, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to facilitate meaningful changes in the thought processes that significantly influence how we perceive and approach our lives. Coaching is a transformative process that can empower you to move from your current situation, whether personal or professional, to a place that aligns more closely with your aspirations and goals. As the client, you will be in the driver's seat, making decisions, while I will be there to support, guide, and challenge you throughout this journey. Coaching is inherently focused on the present and future, emphasizing actionable steps while maintaining a positive and encouraging outlook.
